Can I cancel an appointment?Any cancellation must be notified 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the session will be charged to you. Please understand that this space could have been allocated to another patient. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I bring to the first session?A valid prescription for each physiotherapy session and any medical reports (images; scan/radiology etc) concerning your pathology.

How long does a session last?A session lasts 30 minutes. Please be punctual as we finish at the scheduled time.

How should I dress for the sessions?For all rehabilitation, plan to wear flexible/sporty clothing.

How much does a session cost?The price of a session is 40 euros. Your health insurance covers part of the treatment. We are not contracted.

What payment methods are accepted?We accept payments in cash, bank transfer and QR code. We prefer electronic payments for convenience and security.

For post-natal physiotherapy sessions, can I come with my baby ?Of course. However, it is important to be able to focus on yourself and your reeducation during the session.
